A fee may apply. ✨ Cancellations • Cancellations made with more than 72 hours’ notice are greatly appreciated. • Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% charge. • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. ✨ Emergency Exceptions I understand that true emergencies happen—unexpected illness, accidents, or family emergencies. In these rare situations, please contact me as soon as possible, and I’ll do my best to accommodate without penalty. ✨ Important Note Repeated last-minute cancellations, even in the case of emergencies, may still be subject to fees.
